DAILY MAINTENANCE
Vacuum it regularly to clean your La Berge bath mat. Do not use a metal attachment.
Shake your mat regularly outdoors. From time to time, you can let it breathe outside for an hour to restore its softness and freshness.
DEEP CLEANING
We recommend special carpet disinfectant foams from brands such as Starwax. You let the foam act for 15 to 30 minutes and your bath mat is even cleaner than a machine wash at 60°.
You can use special carpet and rug dry cleaning products which are extremely effective on the fibers of your bath mat in addition to its antibacterial properties. You would normally vacuum it after a few minutes.
You can also use a steam machine to remove stains and deep clean your bath mat providing 100% antibacterial benefits.
Or alternatively you can spot clean by hand with a small soft brush, water and a little soap. Rinse it lightly with water and let it dry on a clothes airer or chair.

Yes, our pebble bath mat has an exceptional thickness of 2.3 cm, an unbeatable record in the world of high-end bath mats, making it incredibly soft and comfortable underfoot when you get out of the shower or bath. Pure happiness awaits you every day!
Is the non-slip backing of my La Berge pebble bath mat effective on all floors?
Yes, the anti-slip backing of our bath mat is made from SBR to be effective on all types of floors. Whether you have very slippery tiles, wood or other floor coverings, our bath mat provides total grip to allow you to move safely without slipping in your bathroom.
Caution, make sure the floor is completely dry before placing your bath mat on the floor. Pay particular attention to installations where water can seep through the underside of the bath mat (e.g. some walk-in showers). This would make it slippery. The anti-slip mat must not be in direct contact with water in order to remain effective.
Is my La Berge non-slip bath mat compatible with my walk-in shower?
Yes, but only if your shower has a rim and there is no risk of a large amount of water flowing under the bath mat.
This could make it very slippery and we strongly advise against using it with this type of shower . There are currently no bath mats that are compatible with showers that do not drain water properly.
Does my La Berge pebble bath mat dry quickly?

Can I machine wash my La Berge pebble bath mat?
We strongly advise against it as it could damage your high-end bath mat. Machine washing is not necessary thanks to the mat’s antibacterial properties which make it much easier to maintain.
